In order to properly diagnose the issues effecting your computer, we must first scan it and determine what is causing your issues. In order to scan your computer remotely, we must add a software program that allows us to remotely see your screen from our facility, and work on your computer remotely. The software we use is called "Anydesk". Please find the link to the FREE software below, and install it. Once you have the software installed, please call us. We will need some information from you, that the software provides, and then we will need you to to grant us permission to access your computer. Once we have permission, we will scan your computer, analyze the results and give you a full report on what has to be done to get your computer performing efficiently again. The scan takes anywhere from 5  to 30 minutes depending on the issues we discover.
